Every feedback item starts in the "Under Review" pile. Once it hits a vote threshold (or our team picks it up), it moves to Planned. From there, In Progress and Shipped are kept in sync with our actual issue tracker via the Jira and Linear integrations.
Can I influence what gets prioritized?expand_more
Yes — votes are visible and they matter. We also weight by account size on the Growth plan via HubSpot/Salesforce so revenue-impacting requests don't get buried under hobbyist asks.
How often is the roadmap updated?expand_more
Every working day. Status changes flow in automatically from our tracker, so what you see here is the same state our engineers see in stand-up.
What happens when an item I voted on ships?expand_more
You get an email the moment we cut the release, with a link to the changelog entry and any setup steps. Closing the loop is the whole point of this product.
