This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with it. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising out of this Policy before pursuing formal proceedings. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
