sarvaFeed is a customer feedback management platform for product teams, with voting boards, a public roadmap, a changelog, and an embeddable widget. Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

sarvaFeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on our website.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any applicable arbitration agreement, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
