Is sarvaFeed actually cheaper than Frill?

For a small admin team, yes; past two admins on Growth, no. The models differ. Frill Business is $49 flat for the whole team and Startup is $25; sarvaFeed bills per admin seat, $9 on Starter and $19 on Growth, with one seat in the price. Two admins on our Starter is $18 and on Growth $38, both under Frill Business, and a five-admin Starter workspace is $45, still under it. A third Growth admin is $57, and that is the crossover: from there Frill's flat price is the cheaper one. Packaging moves the line too, because private boards are a $25/mo add-on on Frill and included on our Starter, which puts a like-for-like Frill bill at $74; three Growth admins ($57) still sit under that and a fourth ($76) does not. AI dedup isn't sold by Frill at any price. Where Frill wins again is SSO, which ships from its $25 Startup tier and on none of ours, white-labeling, a $100/mo add-on there and Scale-only here, and surveys, which we don't offer.

What does Frill do well?

More than its price suggests. Admins are never billed, and SSO, a public API, and a custom domain are all included from the $25 Startup tier, which many tools at this level reserve for enterprise; we have not shipped SSO on any plan and we put the custom domain on Growth. The widget and changelog are polished, ideas are uncapped on Business where ours are capped, and Frill sells surveys, which we do not offer. If you run a large admin team, or you do not need private boards or AI, Frill is a genuinely good deal and its flat price is the simpler model.

How do sarvaFeed's seats work?

Every paid plan includes one admin seat and extra seats cost the plan's own rate: $9 each on Starter, $19 on Growth, $39 on Scale. So three Growth admins is $57 a month, five is $95, and yearly billing is two months free at $190 per seat per year. Portal users, voters, and commenters are unlimited and free on every plan, including Free, so only the people who triage and reply are billed. Frill does not bill admins at all, which is the real trade: their price is fixed and ours grows with the admin team.

Does either tool have AI features?

sarvaFeed includes AI-assisted deduplication and smart categorization from the $9-a-seat Starter tier, with a monthly credit allowance in the price (100 credits on Starter, 500 on Growth, 2,000 on Scale). Frill's product does not list any AI features as of 2026, so if AI-assisted triage matters to your team, that is a real gap.

Does Frill have a free forever plan like sarvaFeed?
