Quick start
Get sarvaFeed up and running on your team in just a few minutes.
Create your account
sarvaFeed is a fully managed cloud platform. There is nothing to install and no servers to maintain — just sign up and you are ready to go.
- Head to the sign-up page
- Enter your work email and pick a workspace name
- Verify your email and you're in. Google and GitHub SSO are also supported.
A free Starter plan is available for small teams with no credit card required.
Set up your workspace
After signing in, the setup wizard walks you through the basics:
- Pick a workspace name and a subdomain
- Invite teammates by email
- Choose a default role for new members
You can change any of these settings later from the workspace settings page. On paid plans you can also bring your own custom domain.
Create your first feedback board
Once your workspace is live, create a public feedback board so users can submit feature requests and upvote what matters:
- Click New board from the dashboard
- Give it a name (e.g. "Feature requests") and a public URL slug
- Pick categories (e.g. "Bug", "Feature", "Improvement")
- Optionally embed the widget on your own app
Users land on <your-workspace>.sarvafeed.com/<board-slug> and can
post, vote, and comment without an account.
Wire up your tracker (optional)
If your engineering team lives in Jira, Linear, or GitHub, connect the integration so accepted feedback flows into your backlog with a single click. From the workspace settings:
- Settings → Integrations → pick your tracker
- Authorize via OAuth
- Pick the default project / repo for new tickets
That's it. You're collecting feedback in production.
